Where do I input the names I want on my bracelet?
All of your bracelet
details will entered after you've hit the Add to Cart button. This
takes you to an ordering page where you select your options.
After selecting the number of strands you will be prompted to
enter the names for each strand.
This is where you would input something
like the following:
Strand #1 JOHN
Strand #2 SUSAN
Strand #3 RYAN
What if I want Birthstone Crystals on either side of the Names?
In
the details section described above input something similar to the
following:
Strand #1 March JOHN March
Strand #2 July SUSAN July
Strand
#3 Nov RYAN Nov
-OR-
Strand #1 Nov - Mar GRANDMA
April - May
How do I indicate where I want my charms placed on the
bracelet?
If you order 3 or fewer dangles and charms they will automatically
be placed at the clasp. If you order 4 or more charms you need to
specify how you would like the charms and dangles arranged.
For example
in the Special Instructions section of checkout enter:
Strand #1 Baby
Shoes - Dangle - JONATHAN - Dangle - Birth Certificate
Alternatively
you can ask us to make the decision when we design the bracelet.

How do I input
Crystal information for a Birthstone Crystal Bracelet?
Generally speaking
we recommend putting Grandchildren's birthstones in Birth Order from
Oldest to Youngest.
For Example:
Strand #1 Jan, Dec, June, April,
Aug, Dec, Oct
If however you have a group of birthstone crystals that
would look better if you rearranged them we suggest you do so. For
example - Instead of:
Strand #1 July July July Nov Oct
Arrange them
to be asethetically pleasing:
Input this information in the Special
Instructions section during checkout.
I want a 4 or 5 Strand
Bracelet - how do I enter the details when there is only a 3 strand
option?
You must contact us first for a quote on 4 & 5 strand
bracelets.

How do I
order more than one bracelet?
If you are ordering more than one bracelet
with the same details you can simply increase the quantity in your
shopping cart. If you are ordering more than one bracelet and
the details are different it is easiest if you place the orders separately.
I am having trouble or don't understand how to enter my details in
the shopping cart.
If you are having trouble placing your order you
can follow up with details in an email and we will attach them to
your order.
